A full wallet is still separate work
Key generation, encrypted backups, import, recovery, transaction construction and signing require a complete, tested wallet implementation. The supplied browser file contains buttons but none of those functions.
The reviewed node verifies P-256 signatures. The old claims about a 24-word recovery phrase and secp256k1 do not specify the V23 implementation.
