and associated branding elements are trademarks of:

    BF / xPrivFi

Unauthorized use of these marks — including in derivative projects,
forks, competing products, websites, wallets, exchanges, or marketing
materials — is strictly prohibited without written permission.

This includes:
• naming derivative chains with “XPrivFi” or “XPF”  
• using the XPrivFi logo or visual identity  
• representing any fork as official or affiliated  
• using the name for commercial activity without consent  

Trademark rights apply regardless of open-source licensing of software.
